This is the place for people-watching.

On arrival on the ses Salinas beach, turn left and keep walking until you reach the green palm branch-topped Chiringuito Sa Trinxa.

This buzzy beach restaurant attracts Ibiza's most beautiful, often in their butt-naked glory.

With sounds by Balearic chill-out legend Jon Sa Trinxa (who has just returned from Thailand but may not be there much longer).

Also, many other top DJs will play at various times. It’s the perfect place for a jug of sangria and a dance in the sand, while a smattering of fashion nudists (it’s all about the piercings) make for a slightly adults-only atmosphere, although there are plenty of children around.

Food is good beach fare, but the music and atmosphere are the main things you come here for. we had, gambas a la plancha (grilled prawns).

But you must be open minded. People can dance almost nude at your side in the beach or on a chair in the restaurant and you will be kindly invited to leave if you attempt to rise any concern. It's not a crazy party spot but a place dominated by a carefree friendly mood.

As the sun sets you will see the sounds are pumped up a little with live appearances from saxophone players or violinists and everyone will be dancing in the sand.
