After arriving 15 minutes late, after some difficulty in finding the restaurant, we were told there would not be long enough time for the tasting menu.

After a few pleading, encouraging words, they relented and served us the Shunka menu.

Each dish we had were of high creativity and quality, with all the fish and seafood being very fresh.
Using parsley for a palate cleanser was different from the usually pickled ginger, and I enjoyed the change.

Very good service with an amazing combination of acidity and bold flavours, fresh ingredients with a unique presentation in a really nice atmosphere.
